Administrative Ministries
Church Council
The purpose of the Church Council is to provide for planning and implementing the program of nurture, outreach, witness, and resources in the local church. The Council meets quarterly to receive reports from ministry teams, Trustees, Finance Committee, Building Committee, and other ministry groups. The Church Council initiates ministries and perfects the plans it receives. An annual meeting of the Church Council in the fall is called the Church Conference. This meeting is led by the district superintendent for receiving reports, electing officers, and reviewing the overall health of the church. All meetings of the Church Council are open meetings, and all professing church members present may vote.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee is elected annually with each member serving three years to carry out the church financial plans. The committee, in cooperation with pastors, staff, and ministry leaders develop the annual budget and submit it to the Church Council for their review and adoption. The Finance Committee develops and implements programs like Consecration Sunday Program that will raise sufficient income to meet the budget. The Treasurer monitors the work of the Financial Secretary, and leads the Committee in an annual audit of all accounts.
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is elected annually with each member serving three years to give oversight and care for all real property owned by the church, the Memorial Fund, and the church endowment. They review the adequacy of the church insurance and care for maintenance and repair of church equipment, parsonages, and buildings.
